  chilling in my crib linah saw the new chronicles of riddick movie i think its called Riddick
she didn't like it she says it contains too much nudity
elias and Ronnie saw percy Jackson sea of monsters
it was somehow connected with Jason and the golden fleece
elias says his favourite movie was the last batman movie dark knight rises
I am planning to see turbo tomorrow
I met some people who have seen it on the net before it was officially released
I think watching movies illegally robs the studios of potential income from dvd and cinema ticket sales
this eats into their budget of how much money they have to play with when they are making movies
it is almost impossible to see a modern movie that does not have some kind of product placement
from the more obvious to the subtle background appearance
this is starting to creep more into our television shows too
I pray against the atheist church from influencing Australia when it is here
I pray that school chaplain's right to preach the gospel in public schools will be protected
as it is they are funded through churches now instead of through the government which is how they used to receive their funding because the government could see the benefit of a good moral education obtained through the teaching of biblical principles
I applaud sunnybank cinema and other cinemas globally that show Christian movies
it has been proven there is a ready market for this as parents want wholesome movies for their children even if they have issues swearing it is rarely their desire to perpetuate this behaviour
I am sad to see the tupuola and mate families leave calvary Christian fellowship as well as sofale's family
I am happy pastor peteru faraimo continues to pastor at the same location in morayfield even though he no longer owns the church building he built with borrowed money that he delayed repaying
now he rents out the building from the new owners
this building was originally zoned as a community centre but was never used for its designated purpose in violation of council approval
setu said he wanted to pastor our church then when iulia gave him the option of taking over he chose to take some of our flock and start his own church
sometimes truth is stranger than fiction
talia sofale's wife pretended to be ignorant of these plans to split our church but behind the scenes she was plotting to change the leadership of our church
selina said that the molis were no longer loving towards her family
when they first came to this country the molis took them under their roof and gave them food and drove them around
then they moved first to another place in geebung then back to another place in Zillmere
apparently the mate's children were always coming over the house and eating their food
nisa and sofale wanted to take over our church now they have given up trying to take over
before I remember leaving bracken ridge Baptist church and having a home church with some other Baptists and uniting church people at the house of a uniting church pastor

at this time we also had some association with a proto version of the vineyard church that met in a garage when they were still in the form of an interdenominational ministry
apparently sofale napalu and va'a stood up in the middle of church and said they were leaving
when my parents left they didn't make a big song and dance about it they just left
I followed their example when I left four square gospel church at mango hill to venture out on my own and join pastor peter faraimo's samoan version of assemblies of God at petrie
I only left that church to join pastor sio (r.i.p)'s church at Zillmere
vai leapt to the defence of iulia and said that a pastor should be patient and kind and compassionate
and not get angry at people
even though I wasn't there I am proud of what she said
I only wish I had the guts but I wonder if my words would be received in the same spirit
still if people are leaving anyway my theory is you can say to them whatever you want as long as you keep it clean and truthful
still it is a shame to bring fighting into the church
I hope a spirit of peace and harmony can prevail in our church now
